Corten House responds to a former timber factory site now in ruins, where oxidized steel sheets remain as traces of the industrial past. The design uses fragmented volumetry aligned with the site's topography to follow natural contours and reduce visual and physical impact on the terrain and surrounding landscape. Form and layout were defined to minimize intervention on the land while preserving the site's material memory and industrial character.
