Nova Despensa is a 95 m bulk store completed in 2021 by Solo Arquitetos. The project was developed over two years in collaboration with customers. The design prioritizes a more conscious consumption experience and reduced environmental impact while preserving product variety and quality. The team includes architects Franco Luiz Faust, Gabriel Zem Schneider, Lucas Aguillera e Shinyashiki, and Thiago Augustus Prenholato Alves, with interns Mylana de Oliveira and Rafaella Rigo Coschela. Manufacturers used include Oikos Venezia and E.LED. The store aims to differentiate itself from typical bulk retailers through sustainability-focused strategies without compromising service or selection.
