Google Keep cheat sheet: How to get started
"To uncheck or delete all items you've checked, or to hide the checkboxes: Click the three-dot icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the note and select Uncheck all items, Delete checked items, or Hide checkboxes."
"If an image attached to your note depicts text, Keep can try to extract it. Click the three-dot icon, then select Grab image text to insert that text into your note."
"When you're done tweaking your note, click Close. This shrinks down the note and sends it to the main board of your Keep home page."
"Notes that you've pinned are set toward the top of the main board. More recently pinned notes appear first, while unpinned notes are pushed down."
Checkbox items can be deleted by hovering over them and clicking the X. To manage multiple items, use the three-dot icon for options like unchecking or deleting. Keep can extract text from images by selecting 'Grab image text.' Notes can be sent to Google Docs for advanced editing. The main board displays notes like a cork board, allowing for easy arrangement by pinning and dragging notes to desired positions.
