Manchester United and Manchester City are keeping close tabs on Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, with both clubs considering a summer move for the highly rated 22-year-old, according to TEAMtalk. With just over two years remaining on his contract, Scott could be available for a reduced fee at the end of the season, a situation that has alerted several Premier League giants.
The 41-year-old made 313 appearances for Arsenal between 2002 and 2018, in addition to spells at Birmingham City and in the United States at the Boston Breakers. Scott also represented England 140 times and played five times for Team GB at the 2012 London Olympics. Following her retirement from football, Scott began a full-time media career, having regularly appeared as a pundit during her playing career. Scott has been the presenter of Football Focus since 2021.
Scott is one of the celebrity contestants who will be joining join Ant and Dec in the Australian jungle for the 2025 edition, and there are some very exciting names joining her.
