A man has been jailed for burgling one of Damien Hirst's studios after police traced the movements of his GPS-enabled ankle tag. Liam Middleton-Gomm, 36, broke into Thames Wharf Studios in west London on 30 June and stole about 5,130 of goods including electronic items, clothing and a pram. The burglar smashed the window beside a fire exit and reached in to activate its shutter, the prosecutor, Paul Andrews, told Kingston crown court on Thursday. Middleton-Gomm, of no fixed abode, attended the studio on two occasions that evening and went to his father's property with some of the stolen goods, the court heard.

Following an investigation, LAPD officials announced Thursday they arrested two women who they suspect posed as a cleaning crew to gain access to homes in the San Fernando Valley, where they allegedly stolen thousands in cash, jewelry and high-end bags. Nikol Quiroga, 30, and Sandra Aguillon, 49, both Colombian nationals, have been booked on suspicion of grand theft and are suspected to be part of a "larger transnational organized crime group," according to a news release from the LAPD.

A caller told their neighbor that they saw two suspects with flashlights enter the house around 9:45 p.m. They theorized that the suspects smashed a window at the back door to gain access to the house. Brooklyn Special Victims Squad detectives charged Justin Lee, 22, of Queens Village, on Oct. 5 with attempted rape, strangulation, and burglary in connection with an early-morning attack on Oct. 4 within the 60th Precinct in southern Brooklyn. According to police, Lee allegedly broke into a private residence where a 12-year-old girl was located and tried to rape her. Sept. 1 Petty theft, possession of stolen property, controlled substance and drug paraphernalia: Between Aug. 29 and Sept. 1, someone stole an unlocked bicycle and bike tool bag from Redwood Middle School on Fruitvale Avenue. A suspect was located in possession of the tool bag in Sunnyvale, but the bike was not located, for a loss valued at approximately $758. On the evening of February 7 this year, Buisson, 56, travelled to Bluewater shopping centre in Dartford in a Mercedes GLA using cloned number plates with a criminal associate, Kent Police said. After the conclusion of the nine-day, annual event in Nevada's Black Rock Desert, a woman reported on Monday that she was sexually assaulted by a man while at the festival, the Pershing County Sheriff's Office said in a news release. OAKLAND Equipment worth an estimated $4,000 was taken during the burglary of a truck belonging to the Mexican national soccer team, authorities said. Gardaí received the report of the burglary at a commercial premises in Darragh, Co Clare this morning, with one of the six stolen cars since recovered and seized by gardaí. The cars which are yet to recovered include a 2014 blue Audi S3 Saloon, a 2017 navy Mercedes CLA180, a 2015 black Volkswagen Golf, a 2014 white Volkswagen Golf and a 2018 white Toyota CHR.
