Drawing influences from the 1968 race car prototype named the Mantis XP, the concept car is built as a futuristic track vehicle, not made for roads but for testing ideas about shape and movement, with its expressive and pointed forms. The designer, always looking at the Mantis XP's structure, has revamped its proportions to modernize the vintage experimental racing car and fit the new systems and rules of modern track racing.

The Pregunta began life as a Diablo, but its transformation was anything but subtle. French coachbuilder Carrosserie Heuliez-Torino was commissioned to craft a completely new carbon fiber body, drawing inspiration from the Dassault Rafale fighter jet. The connection was more than superficial: the car was finished in the same matte dark grey paint used on the aircraft, creating an appearance that felt more military prototype than production-ready supercar.

AVATR unveils the Vision Xpectra at IAA Mobility 2025, a concept car with a prismatic glass cabin and a living AI-powered vortex that learns the driver's needs and behaviors. Driven by 'emotional intelligence', the series of sensors, cameras, and artificial intelligence software monitor the driver, passengers, and the vehicle's environment. As an example, these motion sensors detect the driver when they approach the car and light up before they even reach it. It creates a wake-up sequence where the car seems to come alive.

Designer Cheeheon Lee clearly remembers, and his Alfa Romeo Vita Nova concept is a love letter to when the Milanese marque built actual rockets with four wheels. This isn't some half-hearted styling exercise or student portfolio piece. Lee has crafted something that looks like it rolled straight out of a future where Alfa never lost its way, where every car they made could demolish a Nürburgring lap time and look devastatingly gorgeous doing it.
