Adeyemi, whose current deal with Dortmund runs until 2027, is being targeted by the Red Devils. The 23-year-old is currently in negotiations with Dortmund over an improved contract, but insists on inserting a release clause before committing to an extension, a demand that BVB's hierarchy is reportedly refusing to entertain.

Waste Management of Alameda County is suing Oakland in Alameda County Superior Court over a complex contractual dispute with millions at stake. Oakland has used Waste Management to collect trash for many years. In 2015, the city inked a deal with the company to collect and process trash and compost from residences and businesses. The City Council selected a different firm, California Waste Solutions, to handle recycling.
The steam train that's been a beloved attraction inside Tilden Regional Park in the East Bay for seven decades may be on its way out for good. The San Francisco Chronicle reports the private owner of the train is threatening to shut it down if she doesn't get a long-term contract from the East Bay Regional Park District. She's been operating on a month-to-month deal for seven years, which the owner says does not allow for capital improvements.
