Philip Young, 49, formerly from Swindon but now living in Enfield in north London, has been charged with 56 sexual offences. They include multiple counts of rape, administering a substance to overpower his victim to allow sexual activity, voyeurism, possession of indecent images of children and possession of extreme images. The alleged victim, Young's now ex-wife, Joanne Young, 48, has waived her right to anonymity.
Reshma Kamath, 40, of Bethel Island, was flying from Delhi, India, to SFO on June 28 and 29 when she allegedly assaulted and intimidated the crew members, including by verbally abusing, threatening and striking them, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. Upon landing at SFO, Kamath allegedly assaulted security personnel, including a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer, prosecutors said. Kamath is charged with two counts of interference with flight crew members;
Paul Gallagher, 59, denied the charge when he appeared at Harrow Crown Court, which was sitting at Southwark Crown Court, on Friday, He also pleaded not guilty to coercive and controlling behaviour, three counts of sexual assault, three counts of intentional strangulation, two counts of making a threat to kill, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The alleged offences took place between 2022 and 2024, according to the charge sheet.
