I'm Anna Omni, a Latvia-based visual artist and photographer. I focus on creating concept-driven editorial imagery with sculpted light, restrained colour, and clean, minimalist framing. For this project, we partnered with ANTISUPERMODEL Agency to create an editorial, TRAPPED, which explores the feeling of being stuck within circumstances, the body, or the mind. Featuring Anna Korsakova, a petite model, to remind that petite often exposes a quiet cultural script smallness is framed as cute, compliant, or forgettable, and worth is indexed to centimetres.
The editorial explores the connection and symbiosis between the material of the clothing and the human body. Material once worn becomes a vital part of the living mechanism of the body, becoming not only its decoration, but also its continuation. The material is not only a means for the realisation of one's project of themselves, but also a vital element of such a project.
A KALTBLUT exclusive editorial, conceived and directed by Alexander Zoobrilin, celebrates climbing culture fused with experimental fashion. At its heart, model and climber Sammy Pandolfi, styled by Steve Karas in archival treasures from Walter Van Beirendonck, Comme des Garçons, Bernhard Willhelm, and more, collides sport with avant-garde flair. Captured by G.P. Selvaggio with a playful, mischievous touch, the story unfolds at VITAL Brooklyn, where the vibrant chaos of climbing walls sets the vision On The Edge, quite literally.
