Who wants their "Good for Her" movie supersized? Lionsgate has released the trailer for Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, the mash-up of Kill Bill 1 and 2. The version has existed on DVD for years and had limited showings for about as long, but this marks the first nationwide release for Quentin Taratino's epic of revenge and cyclic violence.
