I am grateful for the excellent preparation work that our teams completed in advance of the flood, which mitigated the extent of the damage we might otherwise have sustained.

The Ahr Valley, though small, has gained notoriety for its unique wine-making tradition. The region has been struck by tragedies but is poised for recovery.
