Recording a first League One victory since opening the New Year on Saturday, the Terriers are still sat in the play-off places and they will be looking to widen their buffer over the chasing pack here. Extending on their EFL Trophy adventure earlier in the month as they secured a routine 3-0 win against Rotherham, new boss Liam Manning will be looking to make a real statement here.

City struggled to carve out clear-cut chances for the remainder of the first half.

Huddersfield Town has faced tumultuous seasons since their Premier League relegation in 2019, always battling either for promotion or avoiding relegation, rarely experiencing mid-table ease.

"There was quite a bit of interest from Dean [Brennan, Barnet manager] and the staff here early in the summer," High told the club's website. "I thought Dean and the staff showed quite a lot of love towards me, so it was a no-brainer in the end."
