Whisker calls it WasteID, and it's available in both Litter-Robot 5 models. It detects what type of bathroom visit occurred and when to cycle. For #1, it waits for clumps to form, while it cycles quickly after #2, allowing it to target odor management. It also shows up in the app, so you can better track how often your cat goes #1, which can be an early indicator of a UTI or kidney disease.
