Aston Villa have recalled Leon Bailey from his loan at AS Roma, and manager Unai Emery expects the winger to help his team straight away, without any need for an adaptation period.

Striker Evan Ferguson is currently playing for AS Roma on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion, but reports in Italy suggest the Ireland international could return to his parent club in January. Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler was asked about it in his pre-match press conference ahead of facing Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday. He was also asked about the prospect of Mohamed Salah playing in that game, as the Egyptian's future at Anfield hangs by a thread.
