The Giants and free agent outfielder Harrison Bader are in agreement on a two-year contract, reports Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic. The deal between San Francisco and Bader, a client of Vayner Sports, is still pending completion of a physical. Bader, 31, has been a free agent for three consecutive offseasons but now lands the multi-year deal that's previously eluded him. He signed one-year deals with the Mets and Twins, respectively, over the past two winters.

Tulowitzki played with the Blue Jays from 2015-2017 hitting .250/.313/.414 with 36 home runs, 122 RBIs and produced a 5.2 bWAR in 238 games while helping the Blue Jays to the AL East division title in 2015, and getting back to the post-season as a Wild Card team in 2016, while falling in the ALCS in both years.

BOSTON -- All-Star closer Aroldis Chapman and the Boston Red Sox finalized a $13.3 million, one-year contract for 2026 that includes a 2027 vesting option. Chapman will be guaranteed $26 million over two years if he pitches at least 40 innings next season. The team announced the deal Sunday following a 5-2 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates at Fenway Park. Chapman, who earned his eighth All-Star selection this season, gets a $13 million salary next year.
