The owner of a multi-million-pound penthouse on Park Lane has been engaged in an eight-year legal battle over a lift installation agreement. The dispute escalated to include allegations of leaky roofs and disruptive noise from the lift.

Much of the media reporting around Al Fayed's decades of depraved and predatory behaviour has centred around his work at Harrods... it is important that his estate is also made legally accountable for the widespread abuse he perpetrated against those who may never have had dealings with the famous store.
