A Massachusetts man is facing kidnapping and rape charges after allegedly traveling to New York to meet a 14-year-old girl. New York State Police arrested Estefan D. Henriquez, 29, of Lynn, following an investigation into the exploitation of minors online. Henriques allegedly had sexually explicit conversations with the victim and made arrangements to travel to New York to meet her.
