This Navy Yard Detroit pizza purveyor started as a pandemic pop-up at Scarlet Oak, and Side Door remains focused on takeout and delivery. The "handheld pizzas," which measure 8 inches long by 2.5 inches wide, are cooked in a deep pan and come in flavors like chicken parm, mumbo chicken and classic brick cheese. They're $3.14 each between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and advance orders start Thursday at 3.
