Brandon Ingram had a nice putback dunk to get Toronto on the board right away. It ended up being his only two points for the half, but he found ways to help the team as a facilitator and on defence, even when his offence was a struggle.

In the first half, something tactical just wasn't working for us. We played more our own way in the second half, and we got the win that we deserved. There's no need to think too much about the future, but instead focus on our day-to-day work.

We always have hopes to make it to the Super Bowl, and if not that, at least make the playoffs, and we didn't get either.

The Los Angeles Dodgers and third baseman Max Muncy reached agreement on a one-year contract extension worth $10 million guaranteed, the team announced Thursday. Shamar Moses collected an assist, registered a shot on goal, lost his only faceoff and went minus-two in North Bay Battalion's 7-4 loss to the Barrie Colts in Sunday action from the Ontario Hockey League. Moses had produced eight goals and ten assists in 46 games this season. Stepan Zvyagin assisted on the game-opening goal in Khimik Voskresensk's 4-1 win over Dynamo-Altay in Saturday action from the All-Russian Hockey League.
