USPTO Calls for PPAC and TPAC Nominees After Lutnick Disbands Committees

The USPTO is seeking new candidates for 18 vacant positions on its advisory committees.

Appointments to the Patent and Trademark Public Advisory Committees will include staggered terms effective May 2025.

Commerce Secretary Lutnick has terminated all current members of PPAC and TPAC to appoint new members aligned with the President's IP policy.
