Gene Ball, president of Electric Shuffle U.S., recalls walking into a London location in January 2020, right before lockdowns were ordered en masse. River North will mark Electric Shuffle's fourth U.S.-based location, following openings in Dallas, New York, and Austin, Texas. "I remember just walking in, and there's screams and yells, but in a good way all around the place, and also just a mixed demographic, so anywhere from 22 to 60 years old," says Ball.
