A woman in California successfully used AI tools, including ChatGPT, to overturn her eviction notice and avoid tens of thousands of dollars in penalties over several months of litigation. As NBC News reports, Lynn White was behind on rent and initially lost a jury trial after facing an eviction notice. Instead of continuing to work with a local tenant advocacy network, she consulted ChatGPT and the AI search platform Perplexity to represent herself in court.

Routh, 59, was arrested nearly one year ago, accused of an elaborate plot to stalk Trump for weeks at his Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach and assassinate him. The Secret Service reported spotting Routh pointing a rifle barrel through a chain link fence in the then-candidate's direction as he golfed, just a few hundred yards away. Secret Service agents approached and confronted Routh and leading to a shootout between Routh and law enforcement.

The criminal trial for a man suspected of trying to assassinate United States President Donald Trump last year has started, coming at a time of heightened alarm over political violence in the US. The trial began with opening statements on Thursday as the defendant, 59-year-old Ryan Routh, took the unusual step of representing himself. Routh faces five charges, including trying to assassinate a presidential candidate, and faces the possibility of life in prison if found guilty.

Back in March 2024, Nintendo threatened to sue Daly over the site, and the two parties agreed that Daly would stop his naughty behavior and the whole thing would go away.
