Kwan is a high-contact hitter with terrific bat-to-ball skills. Given the Dodgers desperately need an upgrade in the outfield, coupled with Kwan being under club control for multiple years, he fits the profile as a player the Dodgers would seemingly love to have.

The Padres have expressed interest in several left field options, including Steven Kwan of the Guardians, Luis Robert Jr. of the White Sox, and Ramón Laureano of the Orioles.

Kwan would be one of the top hitters on the market if the Guardians made him available. Cleveland is willing to consider offers but are understandably setting a high asking price.

Kwan immediately slides into left field. Your Michael Conforto problem is solved. Steven Kwan is way better than Michael Conforto.
