Amazon Prime customers, at least in the UK, can currently rewatch all five seasons of The L Word - more than 20 years after it first hit our TV screens on Showtime. The legendary lesbian series focuses a group of trendy - for the time - lesbian and bisexual women living in Los Angeles in the early 2000s, who go through all manner of romantic and personal drama during the course of the series.

The 2026 Oscar nominations have arrived. This year's nominations feature a particularly big showing for , which has broken the record for most nominations for a single film with a whopping 16. One Battle After Another also leads the pack with 13 nominations, with Frankenstein, Sentimental Value, and Marty Supreme following at 9 nominations each. One surprise inclusion is F1: The Movie, which garnered a Best Picture nomination as well as nods for sound, visual effects, and editing.

Clea Duvall directed 2020's Happiest Season. As well as Stewart the film also stars Mackenzie Davis, Alison Brie, Aubrey Plaza, Dan Levy, Mary Holland, Victor Garber, and Mary Steenburgen. Stewart plays Abby Holland, a lesbian who has been dating Harper Caldwell (Davis) for a year. Not a fan of Christmas, Abby is invited to spend the holidays with Harper's conservative family who it turns out Harper hasn't come out to yet.

Heated Rivalry, the Canadian LGBTQ+ sports drama about two rival hockey players who engage in a steamy romance, has taken the world by storm. If you're on social media, particularly the queer bits, you'll have more than likely seen actors Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams, who play Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander respectively, on your feeds. The two guys have remarkable chemistry, on and off screen, which has made them the fascination of many people online.
