In November 2025, the Philippines will make history as host of the first-ever Terra Madre Asia & Pacific (TMAP), the largest sustainable gastronomy event ever staged in the region. From November 19 to 23, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental will welcome thousands of delegates and visitors for a five-day celebration of food biodiversity, cultural traditions, and sustainable food systems.
