Tottenham Hotspur are exploring a move for the Sunderland defender Dennis Cirkin when the transfer window reopens in January, as per TBR. They are looking to add to the homegrown quota at the club, and bringing the 23-year-old back to the club would be ideal for them. Cirkin came through the ranks at Tottenham, and he has done quite well for Sunderland. Tottenham have tried to sign Cirkin in the past as well.
The Reds are expected to try for the player once again when the transfer window opens in January. It will be interesting to see if they can get the deal done. Guehi will be out of contract in the summer, and he could be available for a nominal price in January. It remains to be seen whether Liverpool decide to sign him.

Nisbet, who has 11 caps for his country, was sold to Millwall by Hibernian in summer 2023, signing a three-year contract.
Tottenham Hotspur have signed Paris St-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani on a season-long loan deal. The France international, 26, moves on deadline day after agreeing personal terms, with the deal only subject to international clearance and being granted a work permit. Kolo Muani will wear the number 39 shirt at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. He had been linked with Premier League clubs for several months, with interest from Spurs, Manchester United, Chelsea and West Ham.
Atletico Madrid have announced the arrival of versatile Juventus forward Nicolas Gonzalez on a season-long loan deal. Gonzalez arrives in the Spanish capital to bolster Diego Simeone's attacking ranks, with the deal including an obligation to buy for a reported €34m fee. The 27-year-old spent the 2024-25 season on loan at Juventus from Fiorentina before completing a permanent €28.1m switch earlier this summer.
