Senghor expects to bring live entertainment, beer, wine and longer hours to Muddy Waters if negotiations succeed; he aims to honor its legacy and grow the business.

Valencia Street is set to launch a monthly night market series, combining festive street parties with the ability for bars to sell to-go cocktails.
