"In Atlanta, Robinson will be pushing for a reserve role against the likes of Kyle Hinton, rookie Ethan Onianwa, and veteran Andrew Stueber. If he does well, the fact that he's entering the picture with a new coaching staff means he has a real shot to get a spot on the roster or practice squad, and most of his issues to this point in the NFL seem to be technique related."
Layden Robinson received a Falcons rookie minicamp invitation, creating a long-shot chance to make a team roster. He previously played for the Patriots in 2024, starting 11 games and appearing in 13, with significant work at both left and right guard. His performance on a struggling offensive line graded poorly, and he was waived/injured before being released in August 2025. He later spent part of 2025 and all of 2026 with the Las Vegas Raiders, who waived him on May 2. In Atlanta, he will compete for a reserve role against Kyle Hinton, Ethan Onianwa, and Andrew Stueber, with expectations that coaching changes could improve his technique.
