When the winter transfer window opens on 1 January, Gibson Adu will move on loan to SpVgg Unterhaching from FC Bayern. The 17-year-old striker has already resumed training this week in the south of Munich with the Regionalliga club he left to join the German champions for the 2024/25 season. Adu has signed a contract with FC Bayern that runs until 30 June 2027. The loan is intended to provide Adu with regular senior-level competitive minutes while he remains contracted to Bayern. Several FC Bayern players are away on international duty in November.
