"Clairvest Group, a private equity management firm based in Toronto, acquired the venue's gaming operations. The company also reached a 25-year lease on the property, which is owned by VICI Properties. This isn't the first foray into gaming for the private equity firm. The Clairvest portfolio also includes the Wyoming Downs racetrack, Nash Casino in New Hampshire, Delaware Park Casino, and Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment in New Jersey."
