The store features a curated selection from artists in the Brooklyn Metal Works community, including sculptural fine jewelry and modern, conceptual designs. Surveillance footage released by police shows the pair browsing inside the shop before removing several pieces of jewelry from a display case valued at more than $6,000, authorities said."
"Police said one of the women distracted a store employee while the other reached into a display case and grabbed the jewelry. The pair then took off on foot in an unknown direction, according to authorities. The NYPD released images of the two suspects and is asking the public for help in identifying them.
