Junior’s Restaurant and Bakery and Other Half Brewing partnered to release four limited-edition, dessert-inspired beer styles. The lineup includes a Strawberry Dream Imperial IPA, a Key Lime Cheesecake Sour IPA, an Egg Cream Milk Stout, and a Black and White Cream Ale. Each beer incorporates a New York dessert component: strawberry cheesecake flavors, key lime pie elements with graham crackers and oats, egg cream character using Fox’s U-Bet syrup, and black-and-white cookie notes through cacao nibs and vanilla. The beers range from 4.8% to 8.5% ABV and aim to deliver creamy, hoppy, smooth, and rich dessert-like profiles while reflecting Brooklyn identity and ingredients.
