"Brian Earl, an author and podcaster best known for his Christmas Past podcast will be talking about some unusual holiday customs and presents on Nov. 14 at History Happy Hour at the Ainsley House in downtown Campbell. Copies of Earl's book Of Christmases Long, Long Ago will be available for purchase and signing. Festive drinks will also be served. The event runs 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Ainsley House Visitor Center. "Pajamas collected during the drive are given to clients of LiveMoves, a nonprofit that provides interim housing, customized supportive services and access to resources for individuals experiencing homelessness in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. Action Day is collecting new, unused pajamas at its Campbell campus, located at 1125 W. Campbell Ave., from Nov. 17-Dec. 5. Requested sizes are 3T and up for children and small and up for adults."
