Sanremo Introduces D8 One Machine Plus a Grinder Link

"A heat exchanger passing through the D8 One's 4-liter steel boiler preheats water, which is then blended with fresh water on its way to the brass group. An embedded 300-watt heating element flash-heats the water inside the group to the final target temperature before it hits the coffee."

Sanremo Coffee Machines introduced the single-boiler, single-group D8 One espresso machine using hybrid brewing technology. A heat exchanger passes through a 4-liter steel boiler to preheat water, then blends it with fresh water before it reaches the brass group. A 300-watt heating element flash-heats water inside the group to the final target temperature. The system reads temperature just before water hits coffee to support stable, flexible custom brew profiles with precise shot-to-shot temperature changes. The D8 One offers multiple color combinations and customizable side panels, plus a cool-touch stainless-steel steam wand with a thermocouple for optional Auto Steam. Sanremo also introduced the Sanremo Link system, using a wired USB data connection between grinders and espresso machines to automate grind adjustments, now expanding to Asian markets.
