In 2021 Mr Sachin Agarwal and Mr Nitin Agarwal commissioned a family weekend home. The design process involved multiple rounds of discussions with the brothers to understand needs. The clients were asked to produce a written brief capturing perspectives from all three generations of the joint family. The project team included Shamanth Patil and 27 principal designers, with Ar. Srikanth Reddy, Ar. Neelesh Kumar and Ar. Raghuram as co-founders/partners. Kiasma Studio handled landscape design. The project was published on October 15, 2025.
