The residence occupies a hillside location within the Atlantic rainforest, positioned at the top where site access is located. The structural system combines masonry and reinforced concrete to establish a robust framework. Glass is used as a primary material alongside the heavier elements to introduce transparency and light. The material strategy produces a solid architectural presence that nonetheless engages visually with the surrounding landscape. The building responds to the slope by integrating into the topography, balancing structural solidity with glazed elements that frame views and mediate the relationship between interior and forested exterior.
