Luis Garcia has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, overseeing BH Prime, Atlantikós, La Gourmandise, The St. Regis Bar, events, banquets, and in-room dining. Garcia brings over 30 years of hospitality experience and joins from SLS South Beach, where he managed eight venues including The Bazaar by José Andrés and Katsuya, delivering double-digit profitability growth and high TripAdvisor rankings. Garcia has collaborated with Michelin-starred chefs and led major events such as Taste of SLS and the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. He graduated from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, studied Business Administration at Miami Dade College, and completed Accor Hotel GM training.
