Garcia brings over 30 years of hospitality experience and joins from SLS South Beach, where he managed eight venues including The Bazaar by José Andrés and Katsuya, delivering double-digit profitability growth and high TripAdvisor rankings. Garcia has collaborated with Michelin-starred chefs and led major events such as Taste of SLS and the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. He graduated from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, studied Business Administration at Miami Dade College, and completed Accor Hotel GM training.
