He cited a reported surge in antisemitic incidents over the past three years and argued that prominent Democrats remain silent when antisemitism comes from the far left. He used Hasan Piker as an example, pointing to statements calling Orthodox Jews inbred, saying America deserved 9/11, and claiming Hamas is better than Israel while describing Israel as a fascist settler colonial apartheid state. He said some Democrats privately express outrage but do not condemn Piker publicly.
