The two men, who were occupants of one of the cars, were pronounced deceased at the scene. Two men, David Lahart (18) and Gediminas Urbonas (21), were occupants of one car and were pronounced deceased at the scene. Two women in their 20s from a second car were taken by ambulance to Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, with injuries not believed to be life-threatening. Six other people were medically assessed at the scene and did not require hospital treatment. Tipperary GAA offered sympathies and postponed the county convention. Funeral arrangements for Mr Lahart were announced; a GoFundMe for Mr Urbonas has raised over €9,000.
