Daboll joins Jerod Mayo, Josh McDaniels, Brian Flores, Bill O'Brien, Matt Patricia and Joe Judge as former Belichick assistants who lost head-coaching jobs. The Patriots' 'Patriot Way' appears unreproducible without Belichick and Tom Brady. Coaching influence now centers on Andy Reid, Sean McVay and Kyle Shanahan disciples.
