An emaciated male miniature poodle-mix was found on Genova Avenue in Dorchester on Nov. 10. The dog, known as Fiyero at MSPCA-Angell, is approximately three years old, very matted, and scored a one on a nine-point weight assessment. Fiyero received emergency care and was transferred to the shelter clinic for feedings and other treatments. He may require foster care for several weeks before being ready for adoption. MSPCA-Angell and Boston Animal Control are investigating and are seeking the owner, who may be responsible for his condition. Contact options are provided for tips, fostering, and donations.
