T-Mobile has formed two 50/50 joint ventures to expand its T-Fiber broadband brand, targeting over one million additional homes. The first joint venture with Oak Hill Capital will acquire GoNetspeed and Greenlight Networks, the largest independent fiber providers in the Northeast, expected to reach 1.3 million households by 2026. The second joint venture with Wren House will acquire i3 Broadband, serving 500,000 households by the same year. T-Mobile aims to serve 18 to 19 million broadband customers by 2030, investing approximately $2 billion and $700 million in these ventures.
