He is believed to have connections to Westminster, Harrow, Islington, Devon and Cornwall. Detective Inspector Joseph Cato, who is attached to the Met's Missing Persons Unit, said: We, alongside Gareth's family, are increasingly concerned for his welfare. We are asking anyone who may have seen him or knows where he is to contact us immediately."
