"Alfonso took part in extreme sex and Mosquera, whom he had met online years earlier, was part of that world, jurors heard. Alfonso was stabbed during a filmed session. Footage played in court showed Mosquera asking: Do you like it?, and then singing and dancing after the attack. Seconds after the murders he went on a computer to try to steal from his victims' bank accounts."
Yostin Andres Mosquera killed civil partners Albert Alfonso and Paul Longworth in their Shepherd's Bush flat in July. Mosquera stabbed Alfonso and struck Longworth with a hammer, causing catastrophic injuries. He decapitated and dismembered the victims, froze parts of their remains and transported other parts in suitcases to the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol. Footage showed Alfonso being stabbed during a filmed session; Mosquera asked 'Do you like it?' and sang and danced after the attack. Mosquera attempted to access the victims' bank accounts and to transfer money to Colombia. A jury convicted him and he received life imprisonment with a minimum term of 40 years and 264 days.
