By 10 a.m., that advisory had ended. In recent months, BART passengers have suffered through mammoth delays and systemwide shutdowns that snarled the regional transit system. In May, a fire near the San Leandro station disrupted service on the lines to the Berryessa (San Jose), Dublin and Lake Merritt (Oakland) stations."
