Wolfe said two people were injured, including the driver, who was wounded in the stomach. Another bystander, injured by a fragment, was taken to a hospital and released. The driver is being "held for a mental health evaluation" and agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation are now on the scene looking into the shooting."
