Fetterman cited an example in which Trump scolded a reporter to be quiet while aboard Air Force One. They also discussed Trump’s criticism of Norah O’Donnell after she raised a shooter’s manifesto at an interview. Maher said Trump’s reaction to O’Donnell was shockingly direct and that politicians often think similar things but do not say them. Maher added that he no longer gets upset when Trump attacks him on social media because the next day it feels forgotten.
