Star Fox, a remake of the classic N64 game Star Fox 64, is launching on Nintendo Switch 2 with preorders now available. The game costs $60 for physical copies and $50 for digital versions. As a rail shooter, players pilot the Arwing jet, fire lasers, and perform barrel rolls. New features include mouse controls, two-player co-op with a gunner seat, Battle Mode for competitive play against Star Wolf, challenge modes, and GameShare support. This marks the series' return after nearly a decade, following the 2016 Wii U remake Star Fox Zero. Additional Nintendo releases include Yoshi and the Mysterious Book on May 21 and Splatoon Raiders on July 23.
