The Wake of the Water update introduces dynamic, interactive voxel water with rivers and waterfalls across Embervale. A new Veilwater Basin biome offers underwater exploration, hidden ruins, gold ore, aquamarine, wildlife, and lizard settlements. New mechanics include swimming, diving, underwater grappling, water collection, farming with water, and terraforming. Base enhancements such as water dispensers, rain barrels, and hydro-powered mills enable new crafting and food processing. New amphibious enemies, including the Drak, challenge players with aquatic advantages that force tactical adaptation. The update significantly expands survival, exploration, and environmental interaction within the game world.
