The conference will gather established scholars from institutions across Hong Kong and mainland China, including Peking University, HKUST, Hong Kong Baptist University, Lingnan University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Presentation papers will be collected and published in a special issue of Asian Studies. Postgraduate presenters may apply with an abstract (maximum 500 words) and a CV to hmjhung@ust.hk by November 30, 2025; selection decisions will be announced in December 2025. Topics span classical Chinese ethical schools and contemporary issues such as AI and technology ethics.
